Connection Refused by Host. Access to the website is restricted and requires a password or special permission.

Failed DNS Lookup. Check to be sure the correct address is typed in. It may also be that DNS servers are busy; try again later.

5 Access Denied. The host computer was found, but not the specific document. Check your address, particularly the last portion of it (the file name). Try leaving off the file name to go up one level at the website. It is also possible that the page may have been changed or moved.

404 Not Found. This error usually occurs in Windows NT. To fix it you need to make sure your username and password are exactly correct, and make sure the domain field has nothing in it. In your phonebook entry settings you also need to make sure "accept any authentication including clear text" is dotted. If problems persist try creating a new phonebook entry or call Tech Support.

503 Service Unavailable. The server is busy. Try again later.

629 Port was disconnected by remote machine. If it asks for username and password more than once on this error, try retyping them and try again. This may be caused by the modem having trouble communicating or the settings are slighty wrong in your network or dialup. If fixing the password does not get you connected, call Tech Support and it will be fixed.

630 Modem is not responding or hardware failure. If this is a laptop computer and you are using the modem card, try replugging the card. If you use the internal modem, make sure it is selected in your dialup. If all of that looks good and you are still having trouble, shutdown your computer. Power back up and try it again. If this does not bring the modem back there may be deeper issues with the modem or settings and Tech Support will need to be contacted.

666 Your modem is not functioning.Check to make sure you have the right modem selected in the dialer. If it is, check in the "Modems" control panel to see if you have more than one modem installed. If so you will need to remove the one that is not supposed to be in there. There is also a chance that the RNAAPP.exe has kept the modem port open and is causing the trouble. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and you will be able to end task on RNAAPP and that we close the modem port for you. If this still does not work contact the manufacturer for assistance reinstalling the modem.

678 There is no answer. This can be caused by modem or the settings in a computer. If the phone number is incorrect it will cause this error. If that does not seem to be the trouble Tech support will help check the settings and the modem.

680 There is no dial tone.First thing to check with this error is the phone line. Check in the back of the computer and make sure it is plugged into the side for line and not for phone. If it is in the right spot, make sure you have the phone line plugged into the wall firmly. If someone is on the line that the computer uses it will cause this error also. If all else fails, call Tech Support.

691 Check password and try again. This is usually caused by a typo in the password or the username. Try retyping them first and make sure @Wyoming.com is not after the username. If this does it could be a problem that only tech support can fix and you will need to contact us.

718 PPP Timeout This is usually caused by a password problem. Try retyping the username and password and try it again. If there is no luck, reboot the computer and try again. If there is still trouble call Tech Support. The settings will need to be checked. If it is Windows 95 or 98 there could be troubles with the .pwl files and we will show you how to fix it.
